Swimlanes and subcolumns

Add subcolumns to map intermediate stages and use swimlanes for different classes of service. Your boards should reflect the way your team works.

Flexible spaces

Add as many boards on one screen as you need. This feature helps you to build your workflow with accuracy and to configure processes on the go. You can also create as many work spaces as you want for different services or management levels.

Blockings

Assign ‘blocked’ status to the card by leaving a comment or linking to the blocker card. Navigate through this link to identify the stopper. If a child card is blocked, the parent card also gets a red sign of alert on it.

Types of work

Make a list of your own types of work. And assign them to the card.

SLA

Define SLA for each column or swimlane - in days, hours, or even minutes.

Avatars

See who is working on the task and who is responsible.

Checklists on the front

Work with checklists directly from the front of the card. Track the progress bar and make cards from checklist items.

The format of the cards

Choose between list and card formats. E.g. list format saves space in a long backlog. You can have different formats on one board - format is assigned to the column.

Manage your workflow

WIP limits

Limit Work In Progress to create focus on finishing the current task. Define WIP limit for a swimlane, column or cell. It measures in number of cards in the column or in total size of cards - if you estimate your tasks. When you exceed your WIP limit the swimlane or column is highlighted in red.

Explicit policies

Automatically assign checklists, card types or labels to the card when it moves to the specific column or lane.

Board rules

Create transparent board rules. The way any card moves to the board, lane or column should be clear to everyone.

This chart also known as “workflow pulse”. The chart shows you how many cards you have on each stage of you process.
image
Cycle time
The chart provides an information about the time tasks spend on each workflow stage. You can see each column visited by card and understand how many time it took.

Spectral chart
On the chart you can find number of days on the horizontal axis and amount of cards completed for that number of days on the vertical one.

Control chart
Control (run) chart gives information about how many cards concentrated in a target SLA (lead time).
