Updates: file block design, new way to create a card, User Story Map, Service Desk and a webinar recording

New file block

The block became a list with the ability to preview files from the same browser tab:

New way to create a card

Create a card on any board without going to it: click the button “New card” to the right of the new app bar, a context menu will open (or just drag the newly created card to the right place among other cards). Select the location of the card and the title. Here we go!

Changes in the User Story Map module

  • The card on the board created from the User Story Map now contains the full path to the original source:
  1. Map Name;
  2. Name of the activity;
  3. User story to which the card on the board is linked.
  • Cards from the “Activity” block are minimized.
  • Releases are now also being minimized.

Service Desk module updates

Did the customer leave you a request for personal mail or by phone? In order to avoid additional iterations on your part, which would allow to keep the customer informed about the progress of work, we have added the possibility to link the card you created to the service and assign the customer as the author. Besides, you can change the current author to an existing or new external user by selecting “change” in the Author field:

Updated the interface for creating scheduled tasks: it is more slim and understandable

Also added the possibility to assign members, tags and a parent card
