New summary report
We added new report to the “Reports” section — it is called “Summary report”:
It allows you to upload completed tasks for a specified period.
Previously all completed tasks had to be unloaded through the sections “Grid” and “Archive”, in turn downloading data from there on the completed cards. Then combine this data into one list. It was inconvenient.
How you can do it now:
Go to the new report, specify the period of unloading, select the columns with the type “Done” and generate. You can also download it.
You can group data by responsible or tag to see who did what during the period.
Automatic removal of the responsible
In columns and sub-columns of the “Queue” and “Done” type, the rule “Automatically remove the responsible” was added. If the card moves into the column with the rule enabled, the responsible person is removed from it. He becomes a member.
If you change the column type to “in progress”, the rule is removed.
To enable the rule, go to the column menu (three dots next to its name) -> Additional settings -> Rules:
If you have sub-columns in a column, then this function works with them like this:
- The “Automatically remove the responsible “ rule is set for the parent column. If you move the card with the responsible in the first sub-column, the responsible is removed. If it is assigned again and moved to the second sub-column, the responsible person will not be removed.
- Rule “ automatically remove the responsible” works separately for each of the sub-columns. If you move the card with the responsible in the first sub-column, the responsible is removed. If you assign him again, and move the card to the the second sub-column the responsible will be removed.
